Graduate Engineer

As a Graduate Engineer at Solgrid, your role will play a vital part in advancing our mission to deliver tailored solar solutions, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support and Collaboration – provide technical support to the design and project management team, actively engaging in design and project review meetings.
  • Project Delivery – take responsibility for specific project components.
  • Materials Procurement – procure materials, including control panels, cabling, and equipment.
  • Technical Documentation – develop cable calculations, specifications, and drawing plans (racking and routing).
  • Reporting and Documentation – prepare and submit technical reports for installations.
  • Site Assessment and Evaluation – conduct site visits to assess electrical and structural Infrastructure.
  • Product Support – Offer Product Support as required.

Key Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
  • Previous experience in solar PV or electrical fields is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
