Sales Lead Administrator

We are seeking a Sales Lead Administrator to help drive our business growth by generating new leads and is committed to contributing to the growth of the Solgrid’s reputation of excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call Handling: managing inbound sales calls.
  • Administration: Document customer interaction and sales progress in CRM system.
  • Lead pipeline Management: Coordinate list of potential leads, responding to emails and ensuring timely follow-ups.am.
  • Customer Follow-up: actively meet deadlines and stay in contact with leads and customers.
  • Post-Sales: providing exceptional post-sales support.
  • Data Analysis: prepare data for our monthly management reports.
  • Coordinate communications: work closely with design and business development teams for distribution of communications to leads.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly about our products and services.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both customers and colleagues.
  • Strong teamwork skills, displaying enthusiasm for contributing to team success.
