We are seeking Solar PV Installers who take pride in their work, has a keen interest in sustainable energy and is committed to contributing to the growth of the Solgrid’s reputation of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solar PV System Installation: Install of panels and mounting systems with precision and expertise on roof and ground-mounted systems.
• Documentation Management: Capture and record all the necessary imagery/documentation and submit to the administration team for grant processing.
• Customer Communication and Satisfaction: Deliver excellence to our customers by communicating with end customers through all stages of installation.
• Team Communication: Communicate with the team and admin on projects, coordinating installation schedules with the electrical team.
• Technical Training and Development: Undertake technical training required on new or upgraded systems to enhance expertise.
• Brand & Team ambassador: demonstrate behavior that align with the Solgrid’s values of trust, quality and safety.
• Full Safety Adherence: Strictly adhere to our safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment, while also promoting our safety priority culture within the team.

Key Attributes:

• Previous experience – Experience in Solar PV installation, Roofing or similar role an advantage. Energy Engineering.
• Enthusiasm for Renewable Energy: Demonstrate genuine interest in sustainable energy solutions and a strong desire to contribute to the growth and advancement of the solar industry.
• Team Player: Display the ability to work effectively within a team environment and follow directions from experienced colleagues.
• Physical Aptitude: Capable of undertaking physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving equipment, working at heights, and sustaining extended periods of standing
• Dependability and Punctuality: Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to meeting project deadlines and responsibilities.
• Adaptability: Full drivers licence with willingness to travel and as projects require.
